Lesser known foods that cause gas to accumulate in the intestines:

Do you often suffer from obesity? – You may be taking a large amount of any of the products listed below, which helps to accumulate gas in the intestines.

Apples contain natural sugar sorbitol, which is found in many fruits. Not all people can absorb this substance, so it can cause bloating and flatulence. In some cases even diarrhea, especially in children.

For those who want to replace sweets with natural sugary fruits, blackberries are a really good choice. However, keep in mind that it is not very good for the intestines. If you have difficulty swallowing sorbitol, then bloating, accumulation of gas in the abdomen, abdominal pain and diarrhea may even cause nausea.

The most popular summer fruit is watermelon. It contains a large amount of fructose, which can be difficult for your body to digest. There is also “hereditary fructose intolerance”, which is caused by genes. It can be determined with a simple blood test.
