To prepare peach pudding, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Butter needs a fat content of 82% and room temperature, i.e. soft. Therefore, take it out of the refrigerator in advance. And be sure to choose ripe and tasty peaches.
First of all, let’s start preparing peaches. Wash well and clean the skin of the peaches. Cut crosswise and place in a pot. Pour 3-4 tbsp. sugar, vanillin and pour in about 4 tbsp. water. Boil the peaches until soft over low heat, covered. It will take about 20 minutes.
While the peaches are boiling, prepare the dough. Soft butter should be rubbed with the remaining sugar. It is most convenient to do this with a silicone spatula.
Add two eggs and beat until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Then add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough. Its consistency is like a cream.
