Super Brain Yoga – What is Super yoga for the brain?

This is a simple, easy, but very effective technique to activate and reset the brain.

This method was tested with those junior high school students who had problems with attention deficit, hyperactivity, or developmental delay.

Research has shown that such techniques help brain activity.

How to exercise:

– Remove all jewelry and stand facing east. If you are old, face north.

– Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth, directly behind your teeth. (This should feel like you are about to make the sound “la.”) Hold it like this until the end of the exercise.

– Move your left hand across your upper body. Reach for your right earlobe with your thumb and forefinger, keeping your thumb in front.

– Move your left hand across your upper body. Reach for your right earlobe with your thumb and forefinger, keeping your thumb in front.

– Move your right hand across your upper body and reach for your left earlobe. Again, keep your thumb in front of your forefinger.

– You should now be gently pressing against both earlobes. At this point, take stock of your position. Make sure your left arm is close to your chest and tucked inside your right arm.

– Inhale deeply through your nose. While doing so, move toward the ground in a squat position.

– Hold your breath for a beat or two. Move back into a standing position, and then exhale.

– Repeat this process anywhere from 15 to 21 times. Assess your position every so often and continue holding your earlobes. Make sure your tongue is still touching the roof of your mouth.

What is the benefit of this method?

People who follow brain super yoga claim that these exercises, in addition to activating the brain, also help relieve stress.

Moreover, it is written in the manual of Super-Yoga that the method will help adults to control their sexual passions.

It is true that this method is still at the stage of scientific study, but many of its followers note that positive results can be seen in a short time after starting regular exercises.
