The most famous myths about weight loss:

1. Carbohydrates are digested

Carbohydrates attract water, so if you avoid carbohydrate-rich products, you can really lose weight. But nutritionists warn that the body will be depleted of energy by limiting carbohydrates.

2. Dinner is forbidden

Nutritionists assure us that a late dinner will not affect weight and figure if we maintain moderation and do not exceed the daily norm of calories and, most importantly, if it is not the only meal during the day.

3. Chocolate is harmful

Nutritionists do not recommend giving up chocolate. Cocoa is rich in special substances that improve the function of the heart and blood vessels. Bitter chocolate is especially useful.

4. Bread should be excluded

It is not worth giving up bread. Simply, moderation is needed. 1-2 slices of rye bread or lamb, bran mixture bread does not really hurt.

5. More protein is needed

This is mainly the call of the companies that produce protein supplements. In fact, without strength training, protein supplements can have no effect on the muscles. We get the required amount of protein from food, and supplements are an extra burden on the body.

6. Cherries and cherries are very high in calories

100 grams of this fruit contains only 52 kcal. In addition, it activates the gastrointestinal tract, kills thirst, improves appetite, prevents constipation.

7. Juices from whole fruits are better

Juices, like fruits, provide the body with important vitamins that are quickly absorbed into the bloodstream.

8. Frozen seafood has no benefits

Fact: Cold-stored and frozen products retain their nutritional value for a long time. Freezing allows seafood to retain nutrients for a long time.

9. The most useful oil is olive oil

In terms of biological value in the first place is not olive, but flaxseed oil.

10. Live vegetables are better than frozen

Fact: If vegetables are stored properly, they will not lose their useful properties. Consider all this, eat right, follow moderation, be physically active, avoid negative emotions, do not forbid yourself too much – this is also stress for the body – and the desired result will not be delayed.
