The “real face” of a protein diet
A protein diet, like any other unbalanced diet, creates problems.
First and foremost – in order to get the maximum effect, the food must be really protein.
Meat, fish, eggs, cottage cheese – without bread, without pasta and potatoes, tea without sugar.
At first glance it seems easy, but not everything is so easy.
The second problem – during such a diet is the peculiarities of metabolism, thirst and the need to jog in the toilet, even at night strange, peculiar breathing and body odor, constant slight dizziness and a feeling of euphoria.
However, it is possible to get used to it. The result lives up to expectations.
The third problem – not all human liver and kidneys can withstand this diet. Those who have problems with these organs should be especially careful and should consult a doctor.
Finally, following a protein diet can not be without long-term specialist observation. It is deficient in some substances, such as antioxidants.
Most vegetables and almost all fruits contain large amounts of carbohydrates, so they should be excluded from the protein diet if you follow a strict option.
Potatoes, carrots, beets, pumpkin are prohibited. Only apples contain the daily norm of carbohydrates permissible in a protein diet.
Grapes, watermelons, melons contain large amounts of sugar. Fruit and berry juices are not allowed at all.
Many people are not ready for such bans. They expect to have to give up bread and candy, ice cream, and so on. But not in such doses! ..
The conclusion is unequivocal: did you decide to follow a protein diet? Forget vitamins and mineral supplements. The longer you plan to ban, the more necessary it is to consult a doctor or a nutritionist.
The real face of a protein diet.
