In addition to the useful fats in it, fiber that makes a person lose weight should also be considered. 100 grams of avocado contains about 7 grams of cells.

Studies show that if you add half an avocado to your daily diet, you will reduce the feeling of hunger by 28% and increase the feeling of satiety by 23%.

In addition, the functioning of the digestive system will improve.

It fights constipation, helps you maintain a healthy digestive tract. Avocado also reduces the risk of developing colon cancer.

Avocado suits the skin, gives it a healthy color. Its vitamin C helps the skin reduce inflammation and heal wounds.
